Autism, ADHD & Neurodiversity Counselling for Individuals or Families | Find Clarity & Confidence
Helping you understand yourself and move forward with confidence.
Hi, I’m Joe, a registered BACP therapist and an autistic individual myself.
I understand from personal experience that being neurodivergent can mean experiencing the world, emotions, relationships and everyday life differently from those around you.
My own journey of understanding my autism has shaped the way I work with others. I offer a relaxed, non-judgemental space where you can explore your experiences, whether you’re questioning your neurodiversity, coming to terms with a diagnosis, or simply trying to understand yourself better.
My approach is honest, down to earth and focused on you as an individual. There is no pressure to fit into a certain way of thinking or being. We can work together to understand what makes life difficult and, more importantly, what works for you.

Counselling can help if you’re feeling overwhelmed, emotionally drained, anxious, disconnected, or if you simply want a safe space to talk and understand yourself better.

Many clients start with weekly sessions, though the frequency can be adjusted depending on your needs, goals, and schedule.
What do I need for an online session?
You’ll just need a private space, a stable internet connection, and a phone, tablet, or computer with audio and video access.
